| 摘 要： | 介绍了工程施工风险的特点，对各种风险进行了分类。分析了施工风险评估过程中对风险率、风险等级和风险量的确定方法，总结比较了多种常用风险评估方法的原理及特点。最后对施工风险管理实施步骤进行了说明。分析表明，工程施工风险的评估与管理对现代工程管理至关重要，在一定程度上决定了施工目标能否顺利实现。

| Abstract: | The character of construction risk is introduced and many kinds of risk are classified.The determined methods of risk ratio,risk grade and risk quantity is analyzed in the process of construction risk evaluation,the principles and features of evaluated methods are generalized and compared.Finally,the procedure of practice for risk management is represented.The results indicates that the management and evaluation of risk is important for modern construction management,and it determines whether the aim is realized or not. |
