多亚甲基多苯基多胺制备过程中仲胺转位反应的宏观动力学

摘    要:通过实验对多胺制备,即苯胺甲醛缩合过程中仲胺转位反应的动力学进行了研究,获得了宏观动力学方程:-dCs/dt=ke^E/RTC^2s「H^+」2。根据实验结果并结合文献对苯胺甲醛缩合机理进行了探讨,认为转位反应是由两个质子化的仲胺碰撞发生的。

Abstract:Secondary amine interconversion reactions in the process of multinuclear aromatic polyamines manufacture is studied experimentally. A macroscopic kinetic equation is presented: -dC_s / dt = ke~(-E/RT) C_s~2 H~ ]~2 where C_s and H~ ] are the concentrations of secondary amine and hydrion respectively, E is 109.2kJ.mol-l and k is 0.47L~3.mol-3.min-l. In addition, base on the experiments results, a new viewpoint about the interconversion reaction mechanism is given, in which the reactions are considered to be caused by colliding of two protonated secondary amine molecules.
