| Abstract: | The mechanism and harmfulness of acid dew point corrosion of the inner air preheating exchanger in the imported No.4 horizontal HTM furnace were discussed.It is pointed out that the methods to prevent corrosion and prolong the lifetime are the complete changing of heat exchange shell-and-tube and adding outside thermal insulation to the funnel. |
