| 摘 要： | 网络教学的开展需要优秀网络课程的支持。根据网络课程的特点，讨论了基于．NET平台下面的网络课程创作系统的设计和实现，对系统进行了分析和功能设计，并重点解析了几种关键的实现技术，如基于Web的可视化编辑的实现技术，数据库服务层实现技术，模板个性化的实现技术等。
