摘    要:
采用机械化学与高温固相相结合的方法合成了磷酸铁锂复合材料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)对材料进行了表征,重点分析和讨论了复合材料振实密度的影响因素,同时测试了不同掺杂方式所得复合材料的电化学性能。结果表明,采用三价铁源能显著提高复合材料的振实密度;采用碳包覆和金属离子掺杂相结合的方式合成的磷酸铁锂复合材料在室温、1C条件下的放电比容量达到150.2mAh/g。

Abstract:
Composite materials of LiFePO4 were synthesized by combination method of mechanical chemistry and solid-state reaction.The materials were characterized by XRD.The factors of tap density of the composite materials were discussed,and the electrochemical performances of the samples synthesized by different doping ways were also tested.The results indicate that the tap density of the samples can be enhanced by using ferrate.The electrochemical performance of composite materials synthesized by carbon coating and metal ion doping method is high.The discharge capacity of this sample reaches 150.2 mAh/g at the rate of 1 C and room temperature.
