| 摘 要： | 产业遗存是城市文明发展过程中具有代表性的历史引证,也是城市更新改造过程中值得珍惜和利用的物质资源。文章根据目前城市产业遗存利用的现状,在研究具体案例的基础上,总结了当前中国城市产业遗存再利用过程中存在的若干突出问题,指出深化认识、丰富再利用模式、加强规划引导和完善机制保障等措施的必要性和紧迫性。
