摘    要:VGG12864E-S002型OLED显示屏接口电路,采用P89C669作为MPU,用以控制和访问OLED内部显示RAM.其控制方式为间接控制,即P89C669通过自身系统中的并行接口与显示模块连接.当系统需要访问该接口控制电路时,只需将MPU的数据口与系统数据线相连即可.该系统驱动程序包括初始化、清RAM和显示3部份.

Abstract:The OLED display screen interface circuit of VGG12864E-S002 adopted P89C669 as the MPU to control and interview the internal display RAM of OLED. Its control manner is indirect control manner, that is, the P89C669 connected with display module by using parallel interface. If the system would interview the interface control circuit, it only linked the MPU data interface with the system data interface. The system driver program includes initializations, RAM and display.
