| Abstract: | Based on the management of career development improved, individuals and enterprise to achieve a win-win perspective, the several important problems are discussed for training of knowledge-based employee in petrochemical enterprise. It is suggested that the employee should be guided to self-identity exactly, to establish career development purpose; the psychology contract in the career development concerned. |
