摘    要:从做好职业发展管理,实现个人和组织双赢的角度,探讨了石化企业知识型员工管理中应注意的几个方面;提出引导入职初期的知识型员工完成身份认同、帮助知识型员工建立职业发展愿景、关注职业发展中的心理契约因素和对创造力培养等建议。

Abstract:Based on the management of career development improved, individuals and enterprise to achieve a win-win perspective, the several important problems are discussed for training of knowledge-based employee in petrochemical enterprise. It is suggested that the employee should be guided to self-identity exactly, to establish career development purpose; the psychology contract in the career development concerned.
