摘    要:在固定床上考察了钾修饰的MCM-22分子筛上模拟催化裂化汽油中的噻吩烷基化脱硫。结果表明,催化剂的强酸有利于噻吩烷基化脱硫反应活性。钾处理显著降低了MCM-22分子筛的强酸数量,对弱酸的影响则相对较小。随着负载钾质量分数的增加,催化剂反应活性显著降低,而噻吩烷基化反应选择性却存在一最佳值,另外,催化剂的稳定性可以得到一定程度改善。

Abstract:Olefin alkylation of thiophenic sulfur (OATS) in FCC gasoline over potassium modified MCM22 zeolite was investigated in a fixed bed flow reactor. The results indicated that strong acid sites of the MCM22 zeolite favored its OATS activity. Potassium modification notably decreased strong acid sites of the HMCM22, with less influence on its weak acid sites. OATS catalytic activity of the K/HMCM22 zeolite declined remarkably with K loadings. MCM22 zeolite modified by proper amount of potassium exhibited maximum OATS selectivity. Activity stability of the zeolite was improved by potassium modification as well.
