摘    要:果蔬鲜切产品因具有即食、即用等优点而深受消费者喜爱.本文概括了目前发生的鲜切果蔬食品安全事件产生的主要原因,剖析发达国家的技术标准法规体系和风险评估体系,提出我国鲜切果蔬行业避免食品安全事故发生所应采取的对策与措施.

Abstract:Fresh-cut fruits and vegetables are favored by consumers due to its fresh, sanitation, and con- venience characters. The reasons of quality and safety incidents about fresh-cut fruits and vegetables in recent years were analyzed. Based on the technical standards and regulations and risk assessment system in some developed countries, suggestions and countermeasure to food safety incidents of the fresh-cut fruits and vegetables industry in China were provided.
