摘    要:托电一期2台机组自投产以来,电除尘器除尘效率达不到设计要求,粉尘排放严重超标.其主要原因为燃用的准格尔烟煤比电阻高.一期的SO3烟气调质改造很好地解决了这一难题,为同类型燃用高比电阻煤种的电除尘器系统改造提供了依据.

Abstract:Since two units for Phase I Project of Tuoketuo Power Plant putting into operation,the efficiency of the electro-static precipitator can not reach the design requirements and the discharge of the ash and flue gas are higher than the criteria.The cause for it is the high specific resistance of the bituminous coal from Zhunge'er Coal Mine used for the Power Plant.The technical retrofit to SO_3 flue gas conditioning for Phase I Project successfully solves the issue,and has provided bases for the technical retrofit to same typed electro-static precipitation system with such high specific resistance bituminous coal.
