中空球形壳聚糖的制备及在固定化红酵母生产L—苯丙氨酸中的应用

摘    要:报道了壳聚糖溶液注射到含有质量浓度为30%的甲醇和质量 度为20%的NaOH的溶液中制成中空球形壳聚糖,经质量浓度为0.4%的戊二醛交联,固定化红酵酶生产L-苯丙氨酸,转化率为82.4%。

Abstract:A method of preparing hollow globular chitosan is studied: inject 25% chitosan into 20% NaOH and 30% CH 3OH solution to prepare hollow globular chitosan, and then the chitosan is treated with 0.4% gluluraldehyde to immobilize red yeast and produce L phenylalanine.
