| 摘 要： | 报道了壳聚糖溶液注射到含有质量浓度为３０％的甲醇和质量 度为２０％的ＮａＯＨ的溶液中制成中空球形壳聚糖，经质量浓度为０．４％的戊二醛交联，固定化红酵酶生产Ｌ－苯丙氨酸，转化率为８２．４％。

| Abstract: | A method of preparing hollow globular chitosan is studied: inject 25% chitosan into 20% NaOH and 30% CH 3OH solution to prepare hollow globular chitosan, and then the chitosan is treated with 0.4% gluluraldehyde to immobilize red yeast and produce L phenylalanine. |
