| Abstract: | According to rail planning and constructing condition in Wuhan,it forecasts city railway transportation system's effect on real estate's price,developing layout and kinds of logistics in Wuhan.And it is summarized into several laws,aims at offering reference for relative staffs in government and real estate industry,so as to promote the adjusted development of rail transportation and real estate. |
