基于单神经元的可变电抗式固态软起动器研究

摘    要:为了减小三相异步电机起动时的电流冲击,设计了一种可变电抗式固态软起动器.介绍了可变电抗式固态软起动器的系统构建和拓扑结构,给出了智能控制器的硬件结构,探讨了基于单神经元的自适应PID控制算法在电机软起动控制中的应用.试验表明,该软起动器能有效控制起动电流,起动电流小于4倍额定电流,控制效果良好.

Abstract:In order to reduce the shock current when 3-phase asynchronous motor starts,a kind of soft starter based on variable reactance technique is designed.The structure of this soft starter is introduced, the structure of the intelligent controller is provided,and the application of single neuron self-adaptive PID control algorithm in motor soft start is discussed.The experiment shows that the soft starter can availably control the start current,and the current is lower than 4 times rating current.The soft starter has a good control effect.
