光纤通讯技术在晶闸管触发系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了利用光纤通讯技术传输晶闸管触发脉冲实现普通晶闸管光纤触发的方法.光纤收发模块和光分路器配合使用传输晶闸管触发脉冲,光纤传输信号不受外界电磁干扰,提高了触发系统抗干扰能力.并采用耦合取能技术给高电压端的脉冲接收放大电路供电,光纤优秀的高压隔离性能和耦合电源的使用使高、低电位电路隔离,解决了高压大容量晶闸管整流器和晶闸管触发控制系统之间的高压隔离及脉冲抗干扰问题.

Abstract:This paper describes a method in which the optical fiber communication technology was used for transmit-ting the thyristor trigger pulse to make the ordinary thyristor triggered by optical fiber.The transmission of thyristor trigger pulses was realized by using optical fiber transmitters and receivers modules in combination with splitter.The transmission of signals by optical fiber was immune from interference by electromagnetic field in the environment,which enhanced the trigger system's antijamming ability.Novel self-supply technology was applied to supply power to the pulse-receiving-mag-nifying circuit in the high voltage end.The high voltage-isolation performance of optical fiber and the use of self supplied power completely separated the high and low potential circuits,which realized the isolation between high voltage,large ca-pacity thyristor rectifier and thyristor trigger-control system.
