乳化炸药爆炸合成LiMnO2的实验研究

摘    要:根据爆炸合成和乳化炸药的国内外现状,选择硝酸锂和硝酸锰作为氧化剂制备乳化炸药,通过乳化炸药爆炸合成LiMnO2;爆炸产物用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和TEM(透射电子显微镜)测试分析,确定合成产物为LiMnO2,颗粒范围主要为20~50nm.

Abstract:Based on the present situation of detonation synthesis and emulsion explosives both at home and abroad, the manganese nitrate and lithium nitrate were selected as oxidant of emulsion explosives, emulsion explosives were made out, and lithium-manganese oxide was synthesized by emulsion explosives detonation. With the implement of infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the detonation product of LiMnO2 was definited, and the range of particle size was from 20nm to 50nm.
