| 摘 要： | 本实验采用ExR510便携式拉曼光谱仪采集水杨酸及苯甲酸系列浓度标准样品,利用软件定量模块,建立工作曲线。对自制水杨酸酊中的有效成分苯甲酸和水杨酸进行预测。测试结果表明,水杨酸工作曲线线性相关系数r为0.9954,相对误差不大于于3.5%;苯甲酸工作曲线线性相关系数r为0.9997,相对误差小于0.5%。此外考察了设备的重复性,水杨酸和苯甲酸7次重复性值(RSD)分别3.1%和1.3%。本方法可同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量,验证了ExR510便携式拉曼光谱仪的现场快速、准确定量的能力,测试结果良好。

| Abstract: | The r of salicylic acid working curve was 0.9954,the relative error was not greater than 3.5%.The r of benzoic acid working curve was 0.9997,the relative error was less than 0.5%.In addition,the RSD of salicylic acid and benzoic acid were 3.1%and 1.3%respectively.This method can simultaneously determine the content of salicylic acid and benzoic acid,is suitable for field test. |
