| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新的基于异步转移模式（ＡＴＭ）的无源光网络（ＡＴＭ ｂａｓｅｄＰＯＮ）系统。对它的系统特点、拓扑结构、技术难点以及国际上在试验方面的最新发展进行了探讨，并提出了一些新的观点及对策。最后，对ＡＰＯＮ的未来提出了展望。
