| 摘 要： | 桩基逆作法的施工顺序是先施工承台及一定层数的上部结构再压缩，其经济和社会效益显著。经济对桩基逆作法进行简化阶段分析和规律分析，按照刚度分配原则确定桩土分担比例，可推导出相应的简化公式进行承台和桩基设计。实测结果表明：计算结果与实测结果吻合。

| Abstract: | The order of reverse construction of pile foundation is constructing pile caps and a number of floors of super structure first, then piling. This method is more economically effective. After regular analysis on reverse construction method of pile foundation the design of piles and caps thereof may are completed by simplified formulas which are achieved through analysis on rigidity distribution principles. Test parameters showed the output of calculation conforms the test result. |
