| 摘 要： | 通过阐述国内外房地产投资信托的现状,分析了国内发展房地产投资信托存在的风险,如税收优惠过低、法律法规不完善、房产所有权欺诈、行业自身因素影响等风险,并从政府及信托公司角度探讨了加强房地产投资信托风险管理的措施,以推动其健康发展.

| Abstract: | The paper expatiate domestic and foreign actuality, and analyze domestic REITs risk points of view on government and trust company, such as lower tax preference, faultiness of laws and regulations, fraud in house property ownership, infections of industry factors and so on. Then the paper discusses strengthening management measure for solving REITs risk in order to promote its exuberant development. |
