| 摘 要： | 介绍了单片机在缸盖垫片分选中的应用，分析了电气控制系统的构成，工作原理及其软硬件的设计。以单片机为核心开发的该控制系统能对缸盖垫片的厚度进行自动分选，从而保证了缸盖垫片的分选精度，提高了分选效率。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of single chip computer in the gland shim sorting and presents the main principle and the structure of the control system, and also illustrates the design of its hardware and its software. This control system developed by the core of single chip computer can anti-divide the thickness of the gland shim, It has good dividing precision and high sorting efficiency. |
