| 摘 要： | 结合粉末注射成型工艺的特点，通过预混粘结剂组分、分批次加入铜粉获得成分均匀的注射成型喂料，利用正交试验方法分析了注射成型参数（成型压力、保压时间）对注射试样生坯密度的影响，得到了纯铜粉末注射成型的最佳参数。

| Abstract: | Combination of the characteristics of PIM, homogenous mixtures can be obtained by mix the blinder beforehand or add the pure copper powders to the binder in several stages. The PIM method affected by molding pressure and holding time was analyzed by the orthogonal test method, finally we gbt the optimal injection molding parameters. |
