超声波液体传送装置的设计

摘    要:提出了一种行波型超声液体传送装置,其传送机理是利用纵向振动的超声波换能器激起传送管上的弯曲行波,使输送管管壁质点产生椭圆运动从而在液体中产生声流来驱动液体运动。从理论上证明了超声波液体传送装置中行波和声流的存在,并建立了有限元模型。该装置具有结构简单、响应迅速和噪声小等特点。

Abstract:A fluid transport system using traveling- wave is presented. Transport is accomplished using the progressive wave produced piezoelectric longitudinal transducer. When the waves propagate, the particles on the elastic pipe traverse an elliptic trajectory, the fluid is transported. The paper demonstrates in theory the feasibility of generating the traveling wave and acoustic streaming. The modeling is performed using finite element method analysis. The system has the features such as simple configuration and fast response speed.
