液压牵引采煤机不牵引的原因分析及处理

摘    要:电牵引采煤机迅速崛起,它将逐步取代液压牵引采煤机,但在现阶段或者更长时间内液压牵引采煤机仍然是综采工作面的主力设备。液压牵引采煤机在矿井生产过程中容易出现时牵时不牵的疑难故障,原因查找困难,处理时间长。对此种疑难牵引故障的原因进行了详细地分析,并提出了相应的处理方法。

Abstract:The shearer which tows by the electricity is rapidly rising. It will substitute for the hydraulic to tows the shearer in the present. But the hydraulic towed the shearer in the present stage or in a longer time was synthesizes the main force equipment at the working surface. The difficult fault which the hydraulic tows the shearer is always appear that the mine pit production process to tow and some times does not tow. The reason is difficult to find. The process time is long. Make planted the difficulty to tow the fault regonding the reason to carry on the detail analysis, and prpposod the corresponded processing method.
