Integrate Applications Based on Web by Using Component Infrastructure

Discusses an important problem which we are frequency faces in the developing and applyingof databases in the internet environment ---How to intergrate isomeric and distributed databases sources, andachieves an easy, consistent user interface style. We put forward a proposal ---- by using Software ComponentInfrastructure with Brower/Server model to solve this problem. Then analyses the advatages about this methoedon source code reusable, interoperability, applicability and maintainablility.Also compares the mainstramSCI(including CORBA, DCOM, and JavaBeans) model's characteristics. Emphasizing particularly onCORBA, the paper illustrates an integrated application based on Web by using Component Infrastructure in anenterprise MIS.
