| Abstract: | The preparation method of gas reference material for Kr and CF4 in He is discussed.It is proved that the gas reference material reaches the standard rate of secondary reference material from its reference value of stability and calculation of uncertainty.This preparation method is feasible and the value is exact and reliable. |
