摘    要:常规硫化法处理净化污酸后废水中砷含量一般仍在100—200mg/L,中和后废石膏中砷含量有可能超过GB5085.06—2007标准规定限值。经过实验室、现场扩大试验及工业规模试验研究和验证,采用间歇式工艺的高效硫化回收技术具有脱硫剂消耗少、砷硫化回收率高(99.9%以上)、生产环境好等优点,中和后产生的废石膏中砷含量很少,可直接用作建筑材料。.

Abstract:The wastewater discharged after treatment of waste acid from cleaning section of a sulphuric acid plant by conventional sulphuration method contains typically 100-200 mg/L As,while discharged gypsum slag probably dose not meet the requirement of GB 5085.06-2007 in terms of arsenic content.Through laboratory and pilot tests and industrial experiments,the results showed that a high-efficiency sulphuration recovery technology in batch mode has some advantages such as low consumption of desulfurizer,high arseni...
