ABS/镀镍碳纤维复合材料电磁屏蔽特性研究

摘    要:采用热压工艺制备了镀镍碳纤维(CF)增强(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)复合材料,研究了CF长度及含量对其电磁屏蔽特性的影响。结果表明,制得的镀镍CF镀层均匀、连续,且沿CF径向分布有大量沟槽;CF长度以2~4mm为宜,随着CF含量的增加,复合材料的电磁屏蔽效能提高,当CF质量分数为20%时,ABS/镀镍CF复合材料在0.03~1.2GHz频率范围内的电磁屏蔽效能均在83dB以上。

Abstract:ABS composites filled with nickel-coated carbon fibers were prepared by heat compression molding method,and the effects of fiber length and content on their electromagnetic shielding properties were analyzed.The results showed that the nickel coating on carbon fibers was even and intact,and some grooves were observed on the coating in axis direction of fibers.The fiber length of 2-4 mm was appropriate from the point of view of preparation technique.The electromagnetic shielding properties of the ABS rein filled nickel-coated carbon fibers with the same fiber length were increased with fiber weight content increasing,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the composites with fiber weight content of 20% was even more than 83 dB.
