| 摘 要： | 在分析配电网特点及其技术经济特性的基础上,建立了区县级配电网规划技术经济评估指标体系,并采用层次分析法进行综合评价,为配电网规划方案的确立提供依据.最后通过对上海某区电网规划方案技术经济评估,证明了本研究的实用性和可操作性.

| Abstract: | A comprehensive technological and economical evaluation index and method for county distribution network planning is presented based on the analysis of the characteristics of the county distribution network and the results could be used to select the best candidate of county distribution network planning.The result of the technological and economical evaluation of the distribution network planning of a certain district in Shanghai shows that the method is practicable for its simple calculations. |
