| 摘 要： | 介绍了伊春林区水力资源的理论蕴藏量与开发水电资源的优势，论述了开发水电资源与林区电力工业可持续发展的必要性，即调整电力峰谷差的矛盾，合理开发水电资源，因地制宜发展水电站。提出了开发水电资源的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The contained volume of water resource in terms of theory and the advantages of developing hydroelectric resource were analyzed in the paper. The necessity of developing hydroelectric resource and continuing development of power industry in forest zone was also discussed in the paper, which would solve contradiction of supply and demand for electricity while peak and valley load occurs, make configuration of hydroelectric resource reasonable through hydropower station being constructed properly according to the situation, some suggestions about developing hydroelectric resource were also presented in the paper. |
