摘    要:文章就光纤气体传感器的背景和发展进行了介绍,并且对倏逝波型的光纤气体检测原理进行了分析与研究.设计了一款基于FPGA的倏逝波型的光纤气体检测系统.通过模拟与实验,提高了检测灵敏度和响应时间,可进行多种气体检测.

Abstract:This paper introduces the background and development of optical fiber gas sensors,and analyzes and studies the sensing principle of the optical fiber gas detection based on evanescent field.An optical fiber gas detecting system based on evanescent field is designed by FPGA hardware.The simulation and experiment results prove that the new system has improved sensitivity and response time,and can be used to detect multiple gases' concentration.
