潜油电泵花键轴键侧圆弧设计与应力分析

摘    要:
建立了潜油电泵机组花键轴与花键套三维接触非线性有限元分析模型,得到了传递扭矩时花键轴与花键套的应力分布,最大应力发生在花键与过渡段连接的键侧根部处。通过对花键轴键侧外圆弧和内圆弧2种设计方案进行应力计算和对比分析知,内圆弧设计比外圆弧的最大应力下降了12.53%,键侧根部应力集中系数下降10.77%,为键侧根部圆弧设计提供了理论依据和分析方法。

Abstract:
We build up three-dimensional non-linear contact finite element analysis model of the spline axis and the spline sets of the electric pump machine and get the stress distribution of the spline axis and the spline sets when the axis of electric pump retorts.The maximum stress occurs in the root of linking side of spline and the transition section.According to calculation and contrast analysis of outside arc and inside arc of spline axis,the maximum stress of the outside arc declines by 12.53% than the inside arc,and the root stress concentration coefficient declines by 10.77%,and this provides theoretical basis and analysis method.
