摘    要:将己酸菌酯化液应用于生产,以使口子窖基酒中己酸乙酯含量每毫升提高100mg以上,平均提高优质酒得率10%左右。

Abstract:Though applying esterified liquid produced by caproic acid bacteria in the production,the content of ethyl caproate raised to above 100 mg per milliliter and the average yield of quality liquor reached around 10%.
