摘    要:为了设计应用于火区爆破的耐火隔热套筒,采用热电偶测温技术比较陶瓷纤维不同组合以及耐火隔热套筒中装有不同介质的隔热效果。结果表明:陶瓷纤维外层加一层铝箔在满足隔热效果情况下可有效减少套筒厚度;耐火隔热套筒与药卷之间间隙未注水会使药卷的表面温度在短时间内就达到水沸点温度而后仍继续上升,耐火隔热套筒与药卷之间间隙注水可使药卷长期保持在恒温环境中,有利于保护药卷。试验后耐火隔热套筒内的水位下降到一半以上,但水位以上的乳化炸药外表面无烧焦痕迹,因此可确认耐火隔热套筒可在高温火区爆破中应用。

Designing of Refractory Insulating Sleeve for Fire Area Blasting
Abstract:In order to design the refractory insulating sleeve for fire area blasting,the thermocouple temperature measurement technology is applied to compare insulation of ceramic fiber in different combination and sleeve with di-verse media.The results show that the sleeve thickness which meets the insulation effect could decrease by covering aluminum foil at the outer ceramic fiber.The temperature of the explosive cartridge surface rises to the boiling point of water shortly and continues to rise when no water in sleeve.The temperature of the explosive cartridge surface maintains at the boiling point of water for a long time with water in sleeve,which is advantageous to protect the car-tridge.The water level in the sleeve fell by more than half after the field test,without scorch at the emulsion explosive surface,and the refractory insulating sleeve can be used in fire area blasting.
