超高压变工况机械密封技术研究

摘    要:本文针对一新型动力装置旋转燃烧室超高压变工况的特殊工作条件,对其燃料通道中机械密封的关键技术进行了较深入的分析,在此基础上设计了适用于超高压变工况的机械密封装置,并模拟实际工作条件进行了试验研究,对试验结果进行了分析和讨论。试验证明,本文的分析和设计是成功的,有效地解决了该旋转燃烧室燃料密封的难题。

Abstract:In this paper,the key technique of mechanical seal which is used for superhigh pressure and changes of working conditions in the fuel pipeline of the rotary combustor of a new type powerplant,is deeply analyzed On the basis of these, a mechanical seal unit has been designed And we simulate the real working conditions to conduct the experimental investigation, and the experimental result is analyzed and discussed The experiment proves that the analysis and the design are right, and it can effectively solve the difficult problem on sealing fuel in the rotary combustor
