DGJW50电渣熔铸钢结硬质合金热磨损性能的初步研究

摘    要:研究了DGJW50电渣熔铸钢结硬质合金在不同热处理条件下组织结构和硬度的变化以及热处理工艺对其热磨损性能的影响。结果表明:850℃+700℃退火处理可使该合金在400℃的高温工况条件下具有良好的抗热磨损性能。

Abstract:The transformation of the microstructure and the hardness of Steel-bonded carbide DGJW50 by different heating treatment was studied and analyzed.The effect of the heating treatment technics on the heat wear resistance was also investigated.The results showed that the performance of high heat wear resistance at 400℃ of Steel-bonded carbide DGJW50 can be obtained by annealing at 850℃+700℃.
