相变微胶囊壁材结构与力学强度及密封性的关系

摘    要:以密胺树脂及改性密胺树脂为壁材,正十四烷为芯材。制备一种具有复合结构壁材的相变微胶囊。通过IR、XPS、SEM、TG和XRD等手段对微胶囊的结构和性能进行了表征,研究了微胶囊壁材结构与力学强度及密封性的关系。

Abstract:A kind of phase change material microcapsules(Micro-PCMs) with compound wall was prepared. The wall material was made from melamine resin and modified melamine resin with PEG200. Tetradecane was used as core material. IR, XPS, SEM, TG and XRD were used to characterize the wall structure, thermal physic property and morphological property. The relationship between wall structure, mechanical strength and sealability of micro-PCMs was studied.
