复合型活化制备超级活性炭的放大实验研究

摘    要:
采用复合型活化法,经过49小时活化可以使活性炭的比表面积达到2800m^2/g左右。与同样条件下二氧化碳活化相比,活化时间大大缩短。放大实验的活化速度明显低于小试实验的,颗粒粒径变大和气固接触作用不充分是造成活化速度降低的主要原因。通过增加挡板、提高转速、预热活化剂等改进措施可以进一步强化气固接触,提高反应速度。

Abstract:
Super activated carbon with surface area around 2 800m^2/g had been produced by a mixture of activating agents in a bench scale within 49 hours. The period of production had been reduced sharply comparing with the CO2 activation method. However,in the bench scale production,the reaction rate was much slower than that of the small scale for its larger particle size of the precursors ,and weaker mass transport. The reaction rate can be accelerated by adding to thin bars on the wall of the reactor ,or rotating the reactor with a higher speed,and the activating agents also need to be heated previously.
