| Abstract: | The CS8831CN is a single chip CMOS LSI for voice recording/play-back using the ADM(Adaptive Delta Modulation).It composes a voice recording system with a dynamic RAM for voice memory and an audio circuit including a microphone,speaker,amplifier,etc.as an external circuit.In this paper,we present the methods how to test a digital and anolog IC by using a digital test system. |
