| 摘 要： | 板式换热器的换热板片经常发生穿孔、减薄、泄漏等失效.由于板片的价格昂贵,不能简单地采用直接报废和更换处理.为节约板式换热器的使用成本,对失效板片的修复就成为维护人员的关注热点.文章对钛板的焊接修复工艺进行了研究.

| Abstract: | The failures of holing, thining and leakage are often occurred in heat transfer plates in plate heat exchanger. In view of the high cost for heat transfer plate, to directly discard or replace old plates are unacceptable. In order to save the cost, the repair of failed plates is concerned by mantenance technicians. The weld repairing process for titanium heat transfer plate was studied in this article. |
