摘 要: | 采用高精度的应变式传感器技术,实验研究了搅拌槽内不同液位对搅拌轴弯矩的影响规律.研究结果表明:操作液位对搅拌轴弯矩的幅值特性和频率特性有着重要影响,在临界液位以下,搅拌轴的弯矩很不稳定,当高于临界液位,搅拌轴弯矩将趋于相对稳定,研究结果对搅拌轴的设计具有指导意义.

Abstract: | The effect of liquid level on the bending moment acting on the overhung shaft of stirred tanks was investigated experimentally by using high precision strain gauge. The results show that the liquid level has significant influences on the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the shaft bending moment. The bending moment of the shaft is quite unstable when the liquid level is lower than a critical value. While the bending moment of the shaft tends to relatively stable as the liquid level is higher than the critical value. The results are relevant for the mechanical design of shaft in stirred tanks. |
