摘    要:采用热模拟技术,对于铸件不同模数,就Cr27抗磨白口铸铁中的锰、钼、镍(铜)等 合金元素对铸铁硬度的影响进行了研究.对于中等壁厚铸件,找到了合适的Cr27抗磨白口的 化学成分和热处理规范.用研制的合金成分生产杂质泵铸件,其使用寿命长.

Abstract:In some certain modulus of casting, the effected elements Mn, Mo, Ni(Cu) of Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron on hardness of the cast iron is studied using heat-simulated technology,For middle thickness of castings, the chemicals compositions and heat treatment technology available to make Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron are gained. The casting of a mud pump poured with a researched Cr27 wear resistant white cast iron has long service life.
