机载激光雷达数据获取质量检查与评定方法探讨

摘    要:为对机载激光雷达数据获取成果的生产质量进行有效控制,合理评价机载激光雷达数据获取成果的质量,针对目前该成果的质量评价缺乏相应标准的现状,在国家现有规范的基础上,采用错漏扣分法,设计了一套比较完整的扣分标准,探讨了该成果的质量检查与评定方法;并通过某项目应用实例,验证了该方法的合理性、有效性,为机载激光雷达数据获取的成果质量检查与评定提供参考。

Abstract:For the airborne LiDAR data to obtain results for effective control of production quality and reasonable e- valuation of airborne LiDAR data quality of the results obtained, the results for the current lack of appropriate quality as- sessment criteria situation in the country on the basis of existing norms, mistakes deduction method used to design a set of relatively complete deduction standards, discusses the results of the quality of the inspection and evaluation methods. Through a project application example shows that the method is reasonable, effective for the airborne Laser radar data ac- quisition and evaluation of the results of quality checks to provide a reference.
