数字宜昌地理信息平台建设现状及思考

随着宜昌市城市建设规模不断扩大,政府对政务公开的要求越来越高,运用科学、整体、系统的思维来营造现代化城市已成为时代发展的必然。宜昌市经过几年的摸索发展,数字宜昌建设也取得了一定的成果,本文结合宜昌建设实际,介绍了宜昌基础地理信息系统的建设、框架、内容等基本情况以及在建设过程中的不足。

Digital Yichang Geographic Information Platform Construction Situation and Thinking

With continually expanding scale of construction of Yichang and increasingly high demanding for the o- pening of government affairs, how to use scientific, overall, systematical thinking to build modern city has become the in- evitable development of the times. After several years exploration of the city of Yichang, the digital construction of Yichang has achieved certain results. With the actual construction of Yichang, the article introduces the basic information of the fundamental gepgraphic system of Yichang,which are about contrustion, framework and content. It includes some problems and thinking of the process of construction.
