微型桩杆塔基础经济效益试验研究

摘    要:设计了3组微型桩群桩基础和3组灌注桩单桩基础,分别进行了上拔、下压和水平试验,对比2种基础的实测承载力。在此基础上,对比灌注桩基础和微型桩群桩基础的施工本体费用,分析微型桩杆塔基础的经济效益。试验研究表明:设计的微型桩群桩基础相比灌注桩基础,能够减少材料用量,节约施工本体费用9.4%,微型桩基础具有一定的经济效益和环保效益。

Experimental Study on Economic Benefit of Micropoles

Abstract:Three micropole group foundations and three bored pile foundations are designed. Uplift tests, compressive tests, and horizontal tests are conducted on those two groups of foundations respectively with comparisons made between the actually-measured bearing capacities of the two different foundations. On this basis, the construction costs of the bored pile foundation and micropile foundation are compared and the economic benefits of the micropile tower foundation are analyzed. The study suggests that the micropile group foundation uses less building materials than the bored pile foundation, and can save as much as 9.4% of the construction cost with certain economic and environmental benefits.
