| 摘 要： | 棉毛麻丝多种纤维在梳理机的梳理过程中,可应用非电量电测原理研制的梳理力、棉束测定仪来进行测定,以评价梳理质量的好坏.介绍了梳理力测定仪的原理、组成以及测定仪的硬件和软件设计,并对棉纺梳棉机的3种盖板针布、调整工艺参数(刺棍、锡林速度、梳棉机产量、生条定量)等进行了实测,其他纤维的梳理机也可采用此法来进行测定,以得出梳理中梳理质量的正确评价.

| Abstract: | During cotton,wool,hemp and silk carding,flock carding power test machine could be used to estimate the carding quality.The principles,composites,hardware and software design of the carding power test machine are introduced.Three kinds of flat clothing and adjusting process parameters of cotton spinning carding machine were tested.Other fibers' carding machines also could use such test machine to make right estimate for carding quality. |
