东北地区城市建筑的发展与特色

由于自然、社会、文化因素的影响，东北城镇具有寒地性、边疆性、资源性、工业性、铁路主导性和文化融合性等基本特色，而城市中的建筑与建筑群则具有阳光院落、规整外廓、实体墙面、坡式屋顶、偏暖色调、公共空间室内化和地下空间利用等共性特征。东北城市建筑的特色是由于其处于中华文化边缘区所必然形成的混交文化在城市建筑文化中的反映。文章针对当前城市建筑特色建设的问题，提出了相应的对策，并特别强调增强文化个性与魅力，是提高城市综合竞争力的重要途径。

Development and Characteristics of Urban Architecture in Northeast China

Towns and cities in the northeast part of China share some common features because of the prevailing natural, political,economic,social and cultural background:The cold climate,the limitrophe localities;the dominance of resources and industry in economy,and the fusion of different nationality cultures make their buildings and building complexes featured with sunshine courtyards,simple forms,solid walls,sloping roofs,warm colors,inner public spaces,and underground space utilization.Such are architectural reflections of the"mixed"nature of the culture of northeast China,an inevitable product of its marginalized position in the Chinese culture.The article proposes several strategies to cope with them,and emphasize that the intensification of the charm of the local culture is a most efficient way to enhance the architectural competitiveness of a city.
