Ni~(2+)掺杂In_2O_3纳米粉体的制备及其气敏性能研究

摘    要:以InCl3.4H2O、Ni(NO3)2.6H2O和柠檬酸为原料,通过sol-gel法制备了Ni2+掺杂的In2O3纳米粉体,并通过XRD、TEM对产物进行了结构、形貌的测量和表征。结果表明:前驱体经650℃热处理后,得到粒径约为30 nm的粉体。将产物制作成气敏元件,采用静态配气法测试其气敏性能,发现在工作电压为4.5 V时对体积分数为50×10–6的乙醇的灵敏度达到117,响应时间达9 s,而且对其它气体有较好的抗干扰性,有望开发成为对乙醇检测的敏感材料。

Abstract:Using InCl3.4H2O、Ni(NO3)2.6H2O and citric acid as raw material,Ni2+ doped In2O3 nanopowder was prepared by sol-gel method.The structure,morphology were characterized and measured by XRD and TEM.The results show that the particle size of Ni2+ doped In2O3 nanopowder is about 30 nm after precursor heat-treating at 650 ℃.The gas sensitivie properties of side-heated gas sensors were measured with static state distribution.The sensors based on the nanopowder have higher sensitivity(117) to 50×10–6 C2H5OH at 5.0 V of working voltage,the response time is 9 s,moreover its selectivity is good.It can be expected to be a potential gas sensitive material to C2H5OH.
