摘    要:智能电网与特高压输电大力发展的环境下,智能电表在用户侧的推广应用,为电力系统安全稳定提供了大量可贵的数据信息。为保证电网中运行的智能电表可靠、有效地服务于智能电网,能够准确计量电能量值是智能电网与特高压输电发展重要的环节。为保障电网可靠运行提供数据支撑,为保证电量交易的公平、公正,电能计量在智能电网与特高压中有重要作用。

Abstract:In the environment of improving the smart grid and UHV transmission, intelligent meter provides a lot of valuable datas at customer-side.Accurating measurement is an improtant link of developing the smart grid and UHV transmission.It can serve the smart grid reliably and availably.It is important that electric energy metering ensures the smart grid reliability serviced and electricity trading fairly and equitably.
