对基本处于半停产状态的8座竖窑进行改进性中修,设备综合技改,产品结构调整,建立设备定修等管理制度,改善了炉窑状况和保温效果,提升了产能,降低了燃料消耗和制造成本,增效明显,已实现稳定盈利。

Synergistic practice of flux production in shaft kiln

This article introduces a synergistic practice,including improvement maintenance,equip- ment technical modification, products structure adjustment and system building for equipment periodical repair to modify the eight shaft kilns on half-off production. The result shows that obvious effects have been obtained, such as better kiln conditions and thermal insulation, higher productivity and lower fuel consumption and manufacturing cost as well. At present, a stable profitability has been achieved.
